Clos Mirabel's Honey

We have made our 1st crop of honey in Clos Mirabel. Despite the late arrival of our beehive, 3rd week of June, we have had the good fortune to have 11 kg of honey thanks to the great work of our bees and the proximity of our 2 centenary lime trees. I need not forget the teaching and coaching of our friend Alain Vincent, a 20 years experienced honey producer. Lots of goodies for our Furnished Accommodation and Bed and Breakfast guests…
