Over the past year Clos Mira­bel has be­come a true fam­i­ly busi­ness. Rachel and Xavi­er and their young fam­i­ly moved from Paris to take over Clos Mira­bel both in its day to day run­n­ing and its de­vel­op­ment. Ann and An­dré are sup­port­ing the younger gen­er­a­tion in their work and still have a keen and on­go­ing in­ter­est in the busi­ness and its de­vel­op­ment.
