Clos Mira­bel is a beau­ti­ful 18th cen­tu­ry Manor set in a pri­vate park in the hills of Ju­rançon over­look­ing the Pyrénées, on­ly 12 min­utes from the cen­tre of Pau. Since our fam­i­ly has An­g­lo-Sax­on and North Amer­i­can roots, we like to cont­in­ue the tra­di­tion of Thanks­giv­ing and tak­ing the time to share th­ese mo­ments to­gether.

For gas­tronomes, we pro­pose a cook­ery class with our chef Gra­ham Hol­lick to learn how to pre­pare cer­tain spe­cial­ties be­fore sitt­ing down to en­joy them. As for the epi­cu­rians just en­joy the din­n­er and the good com­pany. The fes­tiv­i­ties cont­in­ue in­to Sun­day with an Amer­i­can Themed Brunch to re­mem­ber.

THE CHEF GRA­HAM HOL­LICK
Trained as a tex­tile de­sign­er, Gra­ham start­ed his ca­reer in Paris as a Trend Fore­cast­er and cre­a­tive di­rec­tor. Af­ter 10 years he re­turned to Lon­don and among other things he be­came a con­trib­u­tor to Elle De­c­o­ra­tion and set up his own eth­i­cal home tex­tiles brand “S­tich by Stich”. Al­ways a gas­tronome Gra­ham’s work life is tak­ing a new turn af­ter gain­ing a dist­inc­tion at Lon­don’s Leiths Cook­ery School.
